The Gracefield Stud was established in 1998. Genetics were sourced within Australia and in 2000, 120 embryos were imported from South Africa. Breed aims are to produce the best muscled carcase with soft white, free-growing wools in the 21-23 micron range. The stud has become one of the largest suppliers of SAMM genetics in Australia and has exported genetics to China and New Zealand.

Bullock Hills Simmental

The focus of the Bullock Hills Simmental stud is to produce seed stock cattle which perform in a typical Western Australian commercial environment. A short coat, eye hooding and above all, docility are essential characteristics for our cattle. Attention is paid to athleticism, conformation, correct foot structure, fertility, ease of calving, muscularity and fat content in a carcass.
